A quick and flavorful dish featuring chicken breasts topped with a creamy, spicy sauce that is perfect for busy weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (or less to tame the heat)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions, for finishing
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for extra kick)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly oil a shallow baking dish or spray it with a nonstick coating.
  2. Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and garlic powder in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Lay the chicken breasts in a single layer in the dish. Generously spoon the sauce over each piece, ensuring they are well coated.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Broil for 2–3 minutes for a glossy, slightly browned finish, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
  7. Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes, then scatter the chopped green onions and optional crushed red pepper flakes over the top.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 15 minutes.
