  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the beef sausage until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, sour cream, milk, shredded cheddar, salt, and pepper until combined.
