A warm, crispy wrap filled with fluffy eggs, savory sausage or bacon, melted cheese, and fresh veggies, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked sausage or bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup fresh veggies, diced (bell peppers, onions, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Hot sauce, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs until smooth and fluffy. Pour them into a hot skillet and cook until set, about 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add chopped sausage or bacon to the eggs, sautéing until crispy and golden, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Layer a tortilla with scrambled eggs, crispy sausage or bacon, shredded cheese, diced veggies, a dollop of sour cream, and a splash of hot sauce.
  4. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to create a compact wrap.
  5. Heat another skillet over medium heat, place the crunchwrap seam-side down, and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Flip and repeat on the other side.
  6. Serve your crunchwrap fresh with sides like fruit or hash browns!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
