  • 2 tablespoons butter (Melted)
  • To taste salt
  • To taste pepper
  • 4 slices bacon (Cooked until crispy)
  • 4 eggs (Scrambled)
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (Any variety)
  • Optional toppings (Onions, peppers, mushrooms)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Spread the frozen hash browns on a stoneware pizza pan, pressing them firmly into an even crust shape.
  3. Pour the melted butter over the crust, ensuring it gets well-coated to enhance the flavor.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
  5. Bake the crust in the oven for 20-25 minutes until it turns golden brown and crispy.
  6. Cook the bacon in a skillet until it’s crispy, then crumble it into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet until they’re fluffy and fully cooked.
  8. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the scrambled eggs over it evenly. Top with the crumbled bacon.
  9. Add the diced ham and any additional toppings you prefer.
  10. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top to ensure coverage.
  11. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for another 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Notes

For an extra crispy crust, preheat the pizza pan before spreading the hash browns. Customize with your favorite toppings.
