This Easy Breakfast Pizza combines classic pizza with hearty breakfast favorites for a delicious twist on your morning meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube Refrigerated Pizza Crust (13.8 oz, or flaky biscuit dough)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 8 large Eggs
  • 1/3 cup Milk
  • 6 pieces Bacon
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar-Jack Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pizza crust onto a baking sheet to form a crust. Brush the surface with olive oil.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and milk. Scramble them in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until just cooked, stirring gently.
  4. While the eggs cook, chop the bacon and crisp it in another pan until golden.
  5. Spread the scrambled eggs evenly over your pizza crust, then sprinkle the chopped bacon on top.
  6. Generously layer shredded cheese over the pizza, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling, usually around 15-20 minutes.
  8. Let the pizza cool slightly before cutting it into slices.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute turkey bacon and experiment with different cheese blends.
