  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine the diced potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Toss until fully coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
