Deliciously crispy and golden breakfast potatoes that are quick and customizable for any meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 Potatoes (cut into 1/2” cubes)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Parsley (fresh or 1/2 tsp dried)

Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting the potatoes into 1/2″ cubes for even cooking.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add both the butter and oil.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add the chopped potatoes and toss to ensure they’re well coated.
  4. Evenly sprinkle the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder over the potatoes. Save the parsley for later!
  5. Cover the skillet and allow the potatoes to steam for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove the lid, and stir the potatoes using a spatula, turning them until they turn a beautiful golden brown.
  7. Continue cooking until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and soft inside.
  8. Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley for that vibrant finishing touch.

Notes

You can swap in sweet potatoes for a nutritious twist, or play around with spices for a flavor boost.
