Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if using the baking method.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. For skillet meals: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add chicken, and cook until golden. Then add vegetables and stir until tender.
