A quick and wholesome all-in-one casserole dish loaded with ground beef, pasta, and cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Sauté until softened.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta, diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and beef mixture in a large bowl. Stir in half of the shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  6. Top with the remaining cheese.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

This casserole can be paired with a fresh salad or garlic bread. Personalize with sour cream or fresh herbs.
