A quick and healthy twist on traditional egg rolls, featuring ground pork or turkey and fresh coleslaw mix, ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork or turkey
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground pork (or turkey) and cook until browned. If there’s excess fat, drain it off.
  2. Stir in the minced garlic and ginger; cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add the coleslaw mix and cook for 3–5 minutes until the cabbage softens.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing everything well. Cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve over rice or quinoa for a fulfilling meal. This dish can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
