A delightful blend of savory flavors featuring tender roast beef and gooey provolone cheese in soft slider buns, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef
  • Provolone cheese
  • Au jus (beef broth)
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Generously layer the roast beef across the buns, followed by slices of provolone cheese on top of the meat.
  4. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese and beef layers.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and onion powder. Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the buns.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the tops of the buns are golden brown.
  7. Heat the au jus in a saucepan or microwave until warm. Serve the sliders hot alongside the au jus for dipping.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat them in the oven or microwave, being careful not to overheat.
