Savory sliders filled with deli roast beef and melted provolone cheese, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • Slider rolls
  • Deli roast beef
  • Provolone cheese
  • Beef broth
  • Onion (optional)
  • Butter
  • Garlic powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Split the slider rolls in half.
  3. Layer the bottom half generously with deli roast beef and top with slices of provolone cheese.
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls snugly over the cheese.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine the beef broth with diced onion (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat until the mixture is simmering.
  6. Brush the tops of the slider rolls with melted butter for that golden finish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the tops are a beautiful golden brown.
  8. Serve the sliders warm, accompanied by the beef broth for dipping.
