Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Thinly sliced roast beef
  • Provolone cheese
  • Beef broth
  • Onion (optional)
  • Garlic powder
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and lay the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  3. Layer the sliced roast beef evenly over the buns and top generously with provolone cheese.
  4. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
  5. In a small saucepan, heat the beef broth, adding garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Pour the seasoned beef broth over the sliders, ensuring they are well-saturated.
  7. Melt some butter and brush it generously on top of the sliders.
  8. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
  10. Serve immediately with extra beef broth on the side for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider toasting the buns lightly before assembling. Make sure not to skip the broth soaking for juicy sliders.
