Delightful breakfast sandwiches featuring fluffy pancakes, savory sausage, and gooey cheese, perfect for busy mornings or leisurely brunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pancake mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cooked breakfast sausage, crumbled
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • Maple syrup
  • Butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the pancake mix, milk, and egg until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt a small amount of butter.
  3. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  4. Cook until bubbles start to appear, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
  5. Warm the cooked sausage until heated through.
  6. Place a slice of cheese on top of each cooked pancake, allowing it to melt.
  7. Assemble the sandwiches by placing a generous scoop of sausage and melted cheese between two pancakes.
