A creamy, flavorful chicken dish that’s quick to prepare and perfect for family dinners or impressing guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 Boneless Chicken Breasts
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic (grated)
  • 3/4 cup Chicken Broth
  • 2/3 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan (grated)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes (chopped)
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Dried Thyme
  • Dried Oregano
  • Chili Flakes

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry and season each side generously with salt and black pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes per side, until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In that same skillet, add the grated garlic and sauté until it turns golden and fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir in the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil, dried thyme, dried oregano, and Parmesan cheese, along with a pinch of chili flakes. Mix everything well to combine.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer in the sauce for about 10 minutes, ensuring it is cooked through and fully coated in that luscious sauce.
  6. Garnish with fresh basil before serving to add a pop of color.

Notes

For substitutions, chicken thighs can be used for a juicier result, or a lighter cream alternative can be chosen.
