A quick and customizable breakfast or snack combining creamy Greek yogurt, vibrant fruits, and crunchy granola.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/3 cup granola
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • A few chocolate chips
  • Honey to drizzle, optional
  • 1 cup plain, vanilla, or coconut Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup fresh mango, diced
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • 1 cup blueberries or sliced strawberries
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or sliced almonds
  • 1 cup raspberries or sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Decide which flavor profile you prefer for the day—fruity, nutty, or chocolatey.
  2. In a bowl, add your chosen Greek yogurt.
  3. Layer in the selected fruit; mix and match as you desire!
  4. Sprinkle in the granola for that satisfying crunch.
