  • 2 slices of ham
  • 1 slice of cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by heating a skillet over medium heat and melting a little butter in it.
  2. Next, place your bread slices in the skillet, toasting them lightly on one side.
  3. In the same skillet, crack your eggs. Cook them to your preference—either sunny side up or scrambled.
  4. As the eggs near completion, place a slice of cheese and a slice of ham on top of one egg, allowing the cheese to melt.
  5. Now, assemble by placing the egg, ham, and cheese between the toasted slices of bread.
