Delicious marinated chicken thighs that are tender and juicy, perfect for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs (Bone-in, skin-on)
  • 4 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • 2 tablespoons Thyme (Fresh)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Rosemary (Chopped, fresh or dried)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, minced garlic, thyme, honey, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Mix well until blended.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish. Pour the marinade over them, ensuring they’re thoroughly coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Once marinated, place the dish in your preheated oven.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from the oven and allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate for longer. Chicken can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
