A deliciously easy breakfast that combines creamy oats with chocolate protein and crunchy hazelnuts for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

  • 50 g Oats (½ cup)
  • 30 g Chocolate Protein Powder (¼ cup)
  • 125 ml Milk (½ cup)
  • 80 g Yoghurt (¼ cup)
  • 10 g Chopped Hazelnuts (1 tbsp)
  • 10 g Puffed Rice (1 tbsp)
  • 20 g Dark Chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine the oats, chocolate protein powder, milk, and yogurt.
  2. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and free of clumps.
  3. Top with chopped hazelnuts and puffed rice for that delightful crunch.
  4. Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top, if desired, for an extra indulgence.
  5. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight or for at least four hours to let the oats soak up all those delicious flavors.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute dairy milk with almond milk. Can store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
