These fluff protein bars combine a soft, marshmallow-like texture with a macro-friendly build. Packed with whey protein, Greek yogurt, and a nut butter swirl, they’re the perfect high-protein snack for muscle recovery, meal prep, or on-the-go fuel.

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops whey protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)

  • 1 scoop casein protein powder

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (nonfat or low-fat)

  • ¼ cup peanut butter or almond butter

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 2 tbsp oats or granola (optional for crunch)

  • 2 tbsp stevia, monk fruit, or allulose (sweetener of choice)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 2 tbsp dark chocolate (melted, optional for coating)

Instructions

  • Mix Dry Ingredients
    In a large bowl, combine whey protein, casein, cocoa powder, and sweetener.

  • Add Wet Ingredients
    Stir in Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.

  • Fold in Extras
    Add oats or granola if desired and gently fold them into the mixture.

  • Prepare Pan
    Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly.

  • Optional Chocolate Topping
    Drizzle or coat with melted dark chocolate for a dessert-like finish.

  • Set and Slice
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Once firm, slice into bars and wrap individually for storage.

  • Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
