Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 68 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. If some chicken breasts are thicker, pound them slightly for even cooking.
  3. Mix the softened butter with minced garlic, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried oregano until smooth to create the garlic butter rub.
  4. Rub olive oil on both sides of the chicken breasts, then spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the top.
  5. Place the chicken into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 to 10 minutes to lock in moisture and flavor.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Feel free to use roasted garlic for a sweeter taste or experiment with different herbs.
