Transform classic French toast into snackable bites using King’s Hawaiian Rolls, perfect for brunch or busy mornings.

  • 1 package King’s Hawaiian Rolls
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Maple syrup, for serving
  • 2 tbsp Butter

Instructions

  1. Cut the King’s Hawaiian Rolls into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Coat each piece of bread in the egg mixture and let excess drip off.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a pat of butter.
  5. Cook the coated bread pieces, turning until golden brown on all sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
  6. Serve warm with maple syrup drizzled on top.

Notes

For the best texture, use day-old rolls and avoid oversoaking the bread in the custard.
