Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (vanilla or plain)
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners or silicone molds.
  2. Spoon about 1 tablespoon of granola into the bottom of each liner and gently press it down to form a solid base.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of yogurt on top of the granola layer, smoothing it out with a spoon.
  4. Top each yogurt layer with an assortment of fresh berries.
  5. Freeze for at least 120 minutes until firm.
  6. Once they are set, gently peel away the liners and enjoy your homemade frozen yogurt granola cups!

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before peeling them out if they freeze too firm.
