A delightful twist on traditional quesadillas filled with cream cheese and fresh fruit, perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack.

Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Cream cheese
  • Blueberries (or any fruit of your choice)
  • Optional: honey or cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  1. Spread a generous layer of cream cheese over one side of a tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle your chosen fruit, like blueberries, evenly over the cream cheese.
  3. Top with another tortilla to form a quesadilla.
  4. Heat a pan over medium heat, and cook the quesadilla for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Remove from heat, slice into wedges, and serve warm. Drizzle with honey or sprinkle with cinnamon for extra flavor if desired.

Notes
