  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and let them cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, until they are golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, toss in the minced garlic. Stir it around in the pan until it becomes fragrant.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side if desired.

Notes

For juicier chicken, you can use chicken thighs instead of breasts. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days or frozen for longer storage.
