A quick and flavorful dish of tender chicken breasts in a rich garlic-infused butter sauce, perfect for busy weeknights or elegant dinners.

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper. Place them in the skillet and let them cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side.
  3. Once the chicken is done, remove it from the skillet and set it aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic. Sauté for about a minute until it becomes fragrant.
  5. Pour in the white wine and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, allowing it to coat in the garlic butter sauce.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley, and your dish is ready to serve!

Notes

For a creamier version, stir in a few tablespoons of heavy cream after adding the white wine. Also try swapping chicken for shrimp or tofu for a different protein.
