Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Coat your chicken: Add the chicken breasts into the bowl, making sure they are well-coated with the herb mixture.
  4. Sear the chicken: In a large oven-safe skillet, heat over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until a golden-brown crust forms.
  5. Bake: Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (an internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).
  6. Garnish and serve: Once done, remove from the oven, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve alongside your favorite sides.

Notes

For the best texture, reheat in the oven after storing leftovers.
