A crispy, cheesy take on chicken breasts infused with garlic flavor, perfect for weeknight dinners or meal prep.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with olive oil on both sides.
  4. Press the cheese mixture onto each side of the chicken until it’s well-coated.
  5. Arrange the chicken in a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
