  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook each side until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  2. Once done, take the chicken out of the skillet and set it aside on a plate.
  3. In the same skillet, toss in the minced garlic. Sauté for about a minute until it’s fragrant.

  5. Gradually stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until it melts and the sauce becomes smooth.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet, making sure to coat it well in the sauce.
  7. Allow it to heat through for an additional 2-3 minutes.
