  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the diced chicken, cooking for about 5-7 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  5. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper into the sauce, mixing well.
  6. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet, ensuring the pasta is thoroughly coated with the sauce.
  7. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve hot.
