  • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add the chicken thighs and halved baby potatoes to the bowl, tossing until everything is well coated.
  4. Spread the chicken and potatoes evenly on a baking sheet.
