A quick and delicious Garlic Parmesan Chicken recipe that combines tender chicken breasts with rich Parmesan and aromatic garlic for a comforting meal.

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil and add the minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Place the chicken in the skillet and sear each side until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. Carefully pour the white wine into the skillet, then sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese over the chicken.
  6. Transfer the entire skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  7. Before serving, garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Ensure the chicken is at room temperature before seasoning for even cooking. Freshly grated Parmesan melts better than pre-shredded.
