Decadent gluten-free brownies made with almond flour and cocoa for a fudgy dessert experience.

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar or sweetener of choice
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and baking powder until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the melted butter or coconut oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until you have a uniform batter.
  5. Transfer the batter into your prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
  7. Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For a twist, try adding gluten-free chocolate chips or swirls of peanut butter. Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
