Deliciously fudgy gluten-free brownies that satisfy any sweet tooth, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, and eggs. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Add the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.
  7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes. They’re ready when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool before cutting into squares for serving.
