An easy, nutritious breakfast wrap packed with protein perfect for busy mornings or post-workout refuels.

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 whole wheat wrap
  • 1/4 cup cheese (your choice)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Scramble the eggs in a non-stick skillet until just set and fluffy.
  2. Warm the whole wheat wrap in a skillet or microwave for about 15 seconds.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Greek yogurt evenly over the entire wrap.
  4. Layer the scrambled eggs on top of the yogurt, followed by fresh spinach and cheese.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Roll the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, and serve immediately.

Notes

For a dairy-free option, substitute cheese with a vegan alternative or replace Greek yogurt with avocado spread.
