Ham and Cheese Egg Cups are a quick and customizable breakfast option that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

  • 12 slices of ham
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a muffin tin to prevent sticking.
  3. Gently press a slice of ham into each muffin cup, forming a cup shape.
  4. Distribute the mozzarella cheese evenly on top of the ham in each cup.
  5. Carefully crack an egg over the cheese in each ham cup.
  6. Season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until your eggs are set to your preference.
  8. Once baked, remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped green onions on top before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave for about 30 seconds or in the oven at 350°F for 5-10 minutes.
