  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Maple syrup for serving

Instructions

  1. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. Dip each half of the Hawaiian roll into the egg mixture, letting it soak for a few seconds.
  4. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
