A comforting and versatile breakfast casserole with layers of crispy bacon, fluffy eggs, and golden hash browns, perfect for family brunches.

  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups of frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then crumble.
  3. Whisk together the eggs and milk with salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Grease a baking dish and layer the frozen hash browns at the bottom.
  5. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top, followed by the shredded cheese.
  6. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven, garnish with green onions if desired, and serve warm.
