A delightful breakfast casserole made with crescent rolls, sausage, eggs, and cheddar cheese, perfect for family gatherings or busy weekdays.

  • 1 pound mild breakfast sausage
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the sausage until fully cooked and drain excess grease.
  3. Layer the crescent rolls at the bottom of your prepared dish and press gently to create a solid base.
  4. Evenly spread the cooked sausage over the crescent rolls.
  5. Pour the beaten eggs over the sausage, allowing them to fill all the nooks and crannies.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, covering the entire surface.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the eggs are set, and the top is golden brown.
