  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • 1 bottle Hot Sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven and bake the tater tots according to package instructions until they are crispy and golden.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove it and let it drain on paper towels.
  3. Scramble the eggs in the same skillet until they’re fluffy and fully cooked.
  4. Layer the crispy tater tots in a large bowl, followed by the scrambled eggs.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top, then crumble the crispy bacon.
  6. Top it all with sliced green onions for freshness.
