  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary in a medium bowl to create a marinade.
  3. Rub this marinade generously all over the chicken, ensuring every nook and cranny is coated.
  4. Lay slices of fresh lemon on top of the chicken.
  5. Place the chicken in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
