A delicious and nutritious breakfast burrito packed with protein from eggs, sausage, and bacon, perfect for busy mornings.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until the mixture is smooth and lightly frothy.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour in the egg mixture and stir gently. Continue cooking until soft curds begin to form.
  4. Add in the crumbled sausage and bacon, mixing well to combine everything.
  5. Sprinkle in the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until it’s just melted.
  6. Warm the tortillas until they’re flexible. Spoon a generous amount of the egg and meat filling into the center of each tortilla.
  7. Fold in the sides and roll the tortilla tightly to encase the filling.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to swap out the meats for turkey bacon or add vegetables for a vegetarian version. These burritos freeze well for longer storage.
