Ingredients

  • 2 cups nonfat Greek yogurt

  • 12 tbsp honey or monk fruit syrup

  • ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 2 tbsp slivered almonds or crushed pistachios

  • 1 tbsp sugar-free dark chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and sweetener until smooth.

  • Spread yogurt mixture evenly on the tray, about ½ inch thick.
