Delicious High Protein McGriddle Bites combining sausage, cheddar, and protein pancakes, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, fully cooked and cooled
  • 2 cups protein pancake mix
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the protein pancake mix and water in a large mixing bowl as per package directions.
  3. Stir in the cooked sausage and shredded cheddar cheese until well mixed.
  4. Gently fold in the sugar-free maple syrup until fully incorporated.
  5. Grease a baking dish, then spoon the mixture evenly into it.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let the bites cool slightly before cutting them into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

These bites can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days or frozen for a month.
