Delicious and protein-packed cookies perfect for breakfast, snacks, or dessert, featuring fresh berries.

Ingredients

  • 500 g Magerquark
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 90 g flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Sweetener of choice (e.g., maple syrup, stevia, honey)
  • Berries (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the Magerquark, eggs, baking powder, flour, vanilla extract, and your chosen sweetener. Stir until you have a smooth batter.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Using an ice cream scoop, drop round mounds of the batter into the hot pan.
  4. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Once cooked, arrange the cookies on a plate. Dust with powdered sugar if desired and top with fresh berries.

Notes

Use room temperature eggs for best results. Feel free to add spices like cinnamon or nutmeg for enhanced flavor.
