A refreshing coleslaw featuring a sweet and tangy honey mustard dressing, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 small head green cabbage, shredded
  • 1 small head red cabbage, shredded
  • 2 large carrots, grated
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green and red cabbage with the grated carrots.
  2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and apple cider vinegar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the honey mustard dressing over the cabbage and carrots, then gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, adjusting to your preference.
  5. Chill the coleslaw in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to develop.

Notes
