A delightful dish combining succulent chicken with a sweet and savory glaze, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large chicken breasts (Boneless and skinless)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Start by mincing the garlic. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, soy sauce, and honey. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in a dish and pour the marinade over them. Let the chicken sit in the marinade for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a bit of oil and cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and pour the reserved marinade into the hot pan. Bring it to a boil, then simmer for about 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the glaze. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For added richness, consider adding sesame oil to the marinade. Feel free to substitute chicken thighs or switch honey for maple syrup.
