A quick and flavorful dish featuring juicy chicken thighs coated in a sticky honey-garlic glaze, served over fluffy rice.

  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Rice, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat some oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and cook until nicely browned, around 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic until well mixed.
  4. Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the browned chicken thighs.
  5. Lower the heat and let it simmer until the sauce thickens and the chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
