  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, and sesame oil.
  2. Season the chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the seasoned chicken thighs.
  4. Sear the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until they turn golden brown.
  5. Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the chicken and bring it to a simmer.
  6. Allow it to cook for another 5-10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
