A baked, cheesy dip that combines wilted fresh spinach with smoky crumbled bacon and melty cheddar, perfect for game day or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, and garlic powder until smooth and well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped spinach, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar, and green onions. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and smooth the top so it heats evenly.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and the surface takes on a light golden color.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve warm with bread, chips, or raw veggies for dipping.

Notes

Press excess moisture from spinach if pre-sautéed and let the dip rest for 3–5 minutes after baking to set slightly before serving.
